Peer Review Policy

The International Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Studies and Innovation (IJAMSI) follows a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process to ensure high-quality scholarly publication, academic integrity, and unbiased evaluation of submitted manuscripts.

Review Model

IJAMSI follows a Double-Blind Peer Review System, where:

  • The identity of authors is concealed from reviewers.
  • The identity of reviewers is concealed from authors.

This process ensures impartial, objective, and fair evaluation of research manuscripts.

Review Workflow

Step 1: Manuscript Submission

Authors submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions must comply with journal formatting and ethical requirements.

Step 2: Initial Editorial Screening

The editorial team evaluates the manuscript to check:

  • Relevance to journal scope
  • Originality of research
  • Plagiarism and ethical compliance
  • Manuscript formatting and completeness

Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned to authors or rejected.

Step 3: Reviewer Assignment

The manuscript is assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with subject expertise relevant to the manuscript.

Step 4: Double-Blind Peer Review

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

  • Novelty and originality
  • Research methodology
  • Scientific and technical quality
  • Clarity and organization
  • Relevance to multidisciplinary research

Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations.

Step 5: Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer reports, the editorial board may decide:

  • Accept Manuscript
  • Minor Revision Required
  • Major Revision Required
  • Reject Manuscript

Step 6: Author Revision

Authors must revise manuscripts according to reviewer comments and submit revised versions within the specified timeframe.

Step 7: Final Evaluation and Acceptance

Revised manuscripts are evaluated by editors and reviewers (if required) before final acceptance.

Step 8: Publication

Accepted manuscripts undergo formatting, DOI assignment, and online publication.

Review Timeline

IJAMSI aims to complete the peer review process within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on manuscript complexity and reviewer availability.
